Meet The Team
The team are extremely dedicated and strive to provide the very best for the children, ensuring they are happy, content and progressing in their development. They do this by holding regular staff meetings and holding a planning meeting every week.
They also take part in training to ensure they keep up to date with information, new initiatives and legislation changes. ​Our staff members keep up to date on training in food safety, first aid and safeguarding.
Over the past year they have attended training in: Advanced Pediatric First Aid, Advanced Safeguarding, Additional Learning Needs, Food Hygiene Level 2, Observation & Assessment, Autism Awareness, Makaton Levels 1 & 2, The Curiosity Approach and Welsh as an additional language.
​We ensure that all staff members have regular DBS checks.

Sophie Wynne

Hello my name is Sophie. I have been Lead Supervisor at Bradley Playgroup since September 2025 and before this worked in a day nursery for 14+ years.
I hold the following qualifications:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Children’s Learning and Development (Advanced Practice).
​
NVQ Level 3 Children's Care, Learning and Development.​
​​
Before joining the team, both my daughters attended this Playgroup, and I became a Committee Member, to give something back to the charity.
Wendy Thomas
